Todd Graham
Chief Instructor / Owner
Todd M. Graham is the owner of Aquaman Diving and a world-class diver and instructor. Todd started diving in 1981 and has been certified by NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors) since 1993. His extensive experience and passion for diving led him to work with multiple safety operations teams around the country, manage dive shops from NYC to Qatar, and obtain designations as a certified instructor for Dive Rescue Specialist, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
After his enlistment and service in the U.S. Army, Todd worked as a paramedic and then served as a Lieutenant with the Florida Department of Fire Services for 15 years. Todd’s spirit for adventure has made him lovingly known as a soldier of fortune, treasure hunter, world traveler, adventurer at large, and just an all-around nice guy.
But it was once Todd embraced the entrepreneurial drive that he became known for the thing he treasures most; Being known as a dedicated instructor who won’t quit on you or let you quit on yourself. He is well known and loved by his students for working tirelessly with them to achieve their highest diving potential.
Todd’s true love is teaching people how to explore the undersea world and for him, and everyone who knows him, there is nothing is greater than sharing that experience!

Bill Hogg
Instructor
Bill was born in San Pedro, CA and grew up in the chilly surf of Southern California. He was first certified as a NAUI diver in 1994 at the University of California, Riverside.
Bill has worked extensively with youth and adults in the Boy Scouts of America in Colorado as a Cubmaster, Asst Scoutmaster, Roundtable Commissioner and Unit Commissioner. He is a Woodbadge trained leader (what does the Fox say?) and Merit Badge counselor.
Bill and his wife moved from Colorado after their sons Will and Matt (both Eagle Scouts) graduated high school several years ago. He and his wife enjoy travel and sailing when he’s not diving. Bill’s favorite thing about teaching scuba is watching the joy and confidence a student gets when they’ve mastered a new skill or concept.

You’ll meet with one of our experienced instructors, who will guide you through hands-on training in a controlled wet environment. This crucial step ensures that you are well-prepared for the challenges and adventures that await beneath the surface. You’ll have the opportunity to practice and refine your diving skills under the expert supervision of our instructors.

Open Water Certification
The final leg of your scuba diving training journey involves immersing yourself in the open water environment. You’ll embark on a day of exhilarating open water dives, where you’ll apply your newfound skills and knowledge in real-world conditions.
