Aquaman Diving NAUI SkillBridge Internship

The NAUI SkillBridge Program is a comprehensive training curriculum designed to transform individuals with no diving background—or those at a novice level—into trained dive professionals. Participants progress through recreational and professional-level certifications while gaining in-depth exposure to dive industry operations.

Beyond NAUI dive training, interns receive practical experience in:

  • Retail sales and customer service
  • Scuba equipment knowledge and product lines
  • Equipment maintenance and repair fundamentals
  • Rental program management
  • Dive shop operations and business systems

This program is built not only to certify divers—but to develop future leaders within the dive industry. Graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and operational experience necessary to manage or operate a dive business with confidence. Our program ensures you receive top-tier training and support every step of the way.

Exceptional candidates may be considered for employment opportunities with Aquaman Diving upon successful completion of the program.
